This survey is an attempt to qualify and quantify the claim that laughter helps people with a mental illness reduce their medication. Please do not assume anything from it and consult with your physician for questions about your own health and how to improve it. Read more.

Please only take this survey if you:

  1. Have experienced a diagnosed mental condition in the past (depression or anxiety in particular),
  2. Were prescribed medication for it,
  3. Have reduced or ceased medication as a result of being engaged in a laughter practice.
  4. Note: You do not need to still be involved in your laughter practice.
